The agreement encompasses the LaserJet 400 series, including new A4 models just launched by HP; plus the LaserJet 100/200 series; and the PageWide printers. These devices offer outstanding security features, rich functionality, conservative power consumption, and a list of robust integrations that increase productivity for users and help resellers enhance their MSP offerings.

HP recently announced it has expanded its portfolio of LaserJet printers, which include industry-first innovations. The new models incorporate more than 100 embedded security features, such as firmware that both safeguards sensitive data and protects the printer from serving as an entry point for cyberattacks. The models receive instant notification of security issues, allowing users--or their MSPs--to take immediate action to mitigate risks. The new HP LaserJets also offer optional "PIN/pull printing," which subjects the retrieval of print projects to a security code, allowing users to preserve the confidentiality of documents.

In addition, the A4 400 LaserJets leverage HP's original EcoSmart black toner, and consume an average of 21% less energy than previous generations of HP printer systems. Such characteristics create efficiencies for cost-conscious SMB companies.
