Huddle room collaboration had proved to be quite a sustainable trend in the traditional business world. Now that COVID-19 has transformed operations, the standard huddle room so familiar to us all simply isn’t possible, and organizations have had to reimagine these spaces in order to accommodate physical distancing and capacity limitations. Fortunately, overall demand for the huddle room is far from over; it remains to be an effective solution to connect workers in both the virtual and in-person worlds.

This transition poses a unique opportunity for integrators to ensure that not only are the on-site corporate spaces properly equipped with collaboration technology, but so too are the environments of remote workers. Additionally, whereas the traditional huddle room was limited to 2-7 individuals, hybrid huddle rooms have the potential to encompass larger, impropmtu groups at the touch of a button should the need present itself.
